Rules for accessing and using the Vascani marketplace.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. A seller account may require additional shop and payout information.
Marketplace transactions
Buyers purchase from independent sellers. Listing details, price, availability, processing information and digital-delivery terms form part of the transaction. Orders may be cancelled, refunded or adjusted in accordance with applicable law and the seller’s stated policies.
Fees and payouts
Marketplace commissions and seller payout balances are recorded by Vascani. The current commission configuration is shown to the marketplace administrator and seller accounting is based on recorded order events, refunds and payout status.
Content and intellectual property
Users retain responsibility for content they upload and must have the rights needed to use listing photos, pattern files, names, descriptions and other materials. Vascani may remove content reported as unlawful or infringing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate reviews, harass other users, distribute malicious files, or use listings and messages for prohibited activity.
