How do digital patterns work?
Listings marked Digital pattern are not physical products. After successful payment, eligible files are made available through your Vascani account and qualifying order details.
Who fulfills physical orders?
Each independent seller makes or packs their own physical products. Processing time, availability and shipping information are shown on the listing and at checkout where applicable.
How do favorites and messages work?
Sign in to save listings to Favorites and to keep buyer–maker conversations attached to your account.
How do sellers get paid?
Seller Studio tracks marketplace earnings, commission and payout status. Sellers add a private PayPal payout email. The marketplace administrator marks payouts as processing or paid after the corresponding payment is actually sent.
Can I sell non-crochet products?
Vascani is intentionally crochet-focused. Listings should be finished crochet work, original crochet patterns, crochet kits, or yarn/tools/supplies that are directly relevant to crochet.
